John Oates is releasing a new album, but the title doesn't mean what you probably hope it does.  It's called "Reunion", but it has nothing to do with Daryl Hall. He released the title track yesterday, which he actually co-wrote with Jim Croce's son A.J. John says, quote, "I began to think about the true definition of the word.  It came together when my 100-year-old father told me that he was making ready to be together with my mother, who had passed away some time ago . . . "I wanted to write about the idea of reconnecting with the most essential part of our soul and our spirit . . [...]

Warner Brothers announced yesterday that a fifth "Matrix" movie is in the works. It'll be written and directed by Drew Goddard, he's the guy who wrote "Cloverfield", "World War Z", and "The Martian".  One of the original creators, Lana Wachowski, will executive produce. It's still pretty early on, so there aren't any plot details yet, like if it'll be a direct sequel or have any returning characters.  There isn't even a potential release date. An executive says, quote, "Drew came to [us] with a new idea that we all believe would be an incredible way to continue the 'Matrix' world, by both honoring what Lana and Lilly [Wachowski] began over 25 years [...]

So you say you're 54 years old, and you still listen to the music you loved when you were 13?  Don't worry, that's not a sign of immaturity.  You're perfectly normal. A therapist named Nikki Roy says, quote, "There is a thing called neural nostalgia where researchers are actually finding that the music we listen to as teenagers binds to our brains differently than anything we're ever going to hear as adults."
