PIPESTONE, Minn. — Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Monday in Pipestone County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 8:26 Monday morning, a 1996 Chevy S10 pickup was traveling northbound on Highway 75 and a 2012 Chevy Silverado pulling a cattle trailer, was traveling eastbound on 71st Street when they collided in the intersection.
The driver of the S10, 22-year-old Kade Lozinski of Leota, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Pipestone County Medical Center.
The driver of the Silverado, 23-year-old Morgan Vander Wal of Pipestone, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene. The State Patrol says Vander Wal was not wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash.
