The funeral service for Danny Hettling, 78, of Minneota, will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Hope Lutheran Church in Minneota. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:3 0 p.m. at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Minneota. Visitation will continue on Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church. Interment will follow the service at Hope Lutheran Cemetery in Minneota. Military Honors provided by U.S. American Legion Post 199 and VFW Post 5334. Danny died on Thursday, May 28, 2026, surrounded by family and under the care of Avera @Home Hospice at his residence in Minneota.
