Author and food blogger Sarah Peterson will discuss her recently published cookbook, “Dish and Tell: Recipes from the Heart,” during a program Tuesday evening at the Lyon County Museum in Marshall.
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the museum, located at 301 West Lyon Street. The program is free and open to the public, with light refreshments to be served.
Published in February by the Minnesota Historical Society Press, Peterson’s book features family recipes paired with stories from home cooks who shared dishes and traditions from their kitchens. The collection includes comfort foods, special-occasion recipes, and cooking tips passed down through generations.
Peterson, who is based in St. Paul, is the creator of the Vintage Dish and Tell blog, which focuses on cherished family recipes and storytelling through food.
