Dawson (KMHL) – A Dawson woman has been acquitted of two charges of illegal sexual contact with a young girl from South Dakota. A grandy jury in Lincoln County South Dakota had indicted Kendra Lindblad, age 27, who owned Redemption Basketball Academy in Dawson for alleged contact with a 12-year-old child in 2017 and 2018 when she was 24 years old. In January of 2020 Lindblad pleaded not guilty. According to a news release, Lindblad’s attorney Ron Fraunshuh stated that on March 12 of this year, a 12-member jury found Lindblad not guilty.
