Here we go again:  Britney Spears caused a disturbance at the Chateau Marmont hotel in L.A. Wednesday night . . . and may have been injured during a fight with her on-again, off-again boyfriend. It all started around 10:30 p.m., when someone called the cops to report a disturbance.  Apparently, someone matching Britney's description was harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests.
