ST. PAUL (KMHL) – While the hands-free cellphone bill is getting most of the attention on driving law changes – another law change could have just as big of an effect on Minnesota drivers.

Under a new law that also begins August first authorities will be able to ticket motorists who are driving too slow in the left lane.

It is law in Minnesota for motorists to move over for faster vehicles, but fines are not given currently, but after August 1st they could be hit with a $125 fine.
