MARSHALL — A Marshall man made his first appearance in Lyon County District Court on two separate charges after two violent incidents in June, according to court records. 30-year-old Dylan Lee Mariner of Marshall was charged with second degree assault. The criminal complaint alleges Mariner stabbed a man in the leg on June 25th or 26th in Marshall.
In a separate case, Mariner was charged with making terroristic threats. According to the criminal complaint, on June 3rd, Mariner threatened another person in Marshall, and was also banging and kicking on the person’s apartment door.
Mariner’s next pre-trial hearing is set for September 18th with trial dates scheduled October 18th.
