According to a criminal complaint, 35-year-old Dylan Andrew Karns is accused of not updating his registration and abandoning his listed address. Karns is required to register due to a prior criminal sexual conduct adjudication. MONTEVIDEO, Minn. — A two-vehicle crash Tuesday evening in Montevideo left multiple people injured, including several juveniles.  According to the Montevideo Police Department, the incident happened around 5:18 p.m. on River Road.  Authorities say extrication was required to remove occupants from one of the vehicles. One adult and five juveniles from that vehicle were transported to CCM Health and Avera Granite Falls Hospital for treatment.
