BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP, MN — A Waconia man was injured after his vehicle collided with a semi in Renville County on Friday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At 1:14 Friday afternoon, a 2025 Toyota Tacoma was westbound on County Road 11 in Brookfield Township. A 1998 Volvo Semi Tractor Trailer was southbound on State Highway 4 when the vehicles collided.
The driver of the Toyota, 21-year-old Edgar Jafeth Munguia Perdomo of Waconia, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Hutchinson Hospital.
The driver of the Volvo, 23-year-old Bradley Joseph Paul of Lamberton, was not injured.
Assistance was provided by the Renville County Sheriff’s Office, Hector Police Department, and Hector Fire & Medical.
