MARSHALL – The United Community Action Partnership is set to host the March for Meals campaign today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The live radio broadcast, airing on KMHL Radio, aims to raise $50,000 to combat food insecurity.

The event will feature local organizations, businesses, and service clubs, all sharing their support for the cause on air. Community volunteers will also speak about their experiences, highlighting the importance of giving back. Every $1 donation provides three meals to those in need, and the Greater Minnesota Council of Churches will match all contributions, maximizing the impact.

Residents can tune in or visit Marshall Kitchen Table at 1400 South Saratoga St. to take part in the event. Throughout March, special radio ads will continue to raise awareness about hunger in the community.
