CLARA CITY – Two people were injured after a three vehicle collision on Monday in Clara City, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 11:05 Wednesday morning, a 2023 Ford Transit Van, 2019 Ford Fusion, and a 2024 Nissan Murano all collided in the intersection of Highway 7 and Highway 23 in Clara City.
The driver of the Transit Van, 51-year-old Chris William Benning of Browerville, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the CCM Hospital in Montevideo.
The driver of the Ford Fusion, 54-year-old Mark T. Gordon of Eagan, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Willmar hospital.
The driver of the Nissan, 64-year-old Virginia Ellen Jensen of Minnetonka, was not injured.
