The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents:

On Friday at 8:05 a.m., property damage was reported in the 1000 block of East College Drive. Two vehicles collided with each other. No injuries were reported. One vehicle was towed from the scene via private tow.

On Saturday at 1:40 a.m., a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of North 4th Street and West Lyon Street. After investigating, a 19-year-old Marshall man was arrested for 4th degree DWI, underage consumption, underage drinking and driving, and driving after suspension.

On Saturday at 9:36 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 1200 block of Patricia Court. After investigating, a report was sent for consideration of charges against a 35-year-old Marshall man for domestic assault.

On Saturday at 9:37 p.m., a public disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North 1st Street. After investigating, a 51-year-old man was arrested for an out-of-county warrant.

On Saturday at 11:16 p.m., an intoxicated person was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street. After investigating, a report was sent for consideration of charges against a 17-year-old male from Ruthton for minor consumption, public urination, and obstructing the legal process.

On Sunday at 9:38 p.m., an assault was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street. After investigating, a 25-year-old Virginia woman was arrested for domestic assault.
