MARSHALL — Road construction continues this week on the Highway 19/College Drive project in Marshall.  The Bruce Street and Highway 19 intersection closed Tuesday, May 26, for utility work, pavement removal, and watermain installation. At the Main Street and East College Drive intersection, crews removed pavement and the old traffic signal while preparing for curb, gutter, and concrete paving work.
