MARSHALL (KMHL) – Organizers of a drive to sew masks for people in need in the Marshall area are asking for completed masks to be turned in as soon as possible.

The Legacy Foundation and Fabrics Plus are asking that people who received materials to make the masks, turn in the masks as soon as possible – so they can get them distributed.

Officials say there is enough material around the community to produce 1,000 masks. They will send more material out once these first masks get completed.

Drop sites for the completed masks include Fabrics Plus and Mailbox and Parcel Depot in Marshall.
