The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents:
On Friday at 7:41 in the morning, an injured pedestrian was reported at the 600 block of Southview Drive. A juvenile female was injured and transported to the hospital. An adult male was arrested for criminal vehicular operation, having no insurance, no MN driver’s license, and failure to yield at a crosswalk. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
On Friday at 10:18 in the morning, theft was reported at the 1200 block of East Main Street. Two adult males were arrested for shoplifting.
On Friday at 2:39 in the afternoon, a hit-and-run accident was reported at the 1000 block of West Channel Parkway. The matter is under investigation.
On Saturday at noon, a burglary was reported at the 1100 block of Hackberry Drive. The matter is under investigation.
On Saturday at 8:19 in the morning, a trespasser was reported at the 900 block of East Main Street. An adult male was arrested for 4th degree assault, obstructing the legal process, and trespassing.
On Saturday at 3:25 in the afternoon, a parking complaint was reported at the 1300 block of Birch Street. A vehicle was towed due to multiple parking violations.
On Sunday at 2:57 in the morning, a noise complaint was reported at the 1000 block of Pearl Avenue. A report will be forwarded to the county attorney for consideration of charges against a 43-year-old Marshall male for disorderly conduct and criminal sexual conduct.
On Sunday at 7:53 in the morning, a burglary was reported at the 800 block of Country Club Drive. The matter is under investigation.
On Sunday at 3:59 in the afternoon, a three-vehicle accident was reported near the intersection of East Main Street and North Highway 23. Two vehicles were towed from the scene. One person sustained possible injuries.
