The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents.
On December 30th at 12:50PM, a 2006 Subaru being driven by a 19-year-old man from Marshall struck a parked vehicle. The man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
On December 30th at 8:21PM, a 36-year-old man from Marshall was arrested on warrants.
On December 31st at 2:47AM, a 50-year-old man from Marshall was arrested for a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order violation.
On December 31st at 8:41PM, a 29-year-old woman from Marshall was cited for having no driver’s license and no proof of insurance.
On January 1st at 4:10PM, an 18-year-old man from Hazel Run was cited for reckless driving, driving after revocation, speeding, and no proof of insurance.
On January 1st at 6:35PM, a 23-year-old man from Marshall was arrested for theft, fleeing from a police officer on foot, and obstructing the legal process.
