MARSHALL (KMHL) – A Marshall man has been charged with three felonies including first-degree arson from after allegedly setting fire to an attached garage Friday afternoon northeast of Marshall.
Tyson Hinckley, 33, of Marshall, is facing three felony charges. According to the criminal complaint, Hinckley admitted to investigators that he set the fire for the “protection of his own life.”
In addition to first-degree arson, Hinckley was also charged with second-degree burglary and theft of a moving vehicle.
