MARSHALL — The Marshall Police Department has announced that Bradley Scott Edwards, a Level 3 predatory offender, will be relocating to the 600 block of West Main Street on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
Edwards is under the supervision of the Minnesota Department of Corrections’ Intensive Supervised Release program. This public notification is issued in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes 244.052 and 244.253D.
A community notification video recorded in August 2020, when Edwards previously resided in Marshall, remains available for public viewing on YouTube and via the Marshall Police Department’s Facebook page. Officials note that Edwards has not been charged with any new offenses since the video was created.
