The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports the following incidents:
On Wednesday at 6:30AM, a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of 220th Street and County Road 5 near Lynd. A 44-year-old Balaton man was cited for expired tabs.
On Wednesday at 12:27AM, a warrant pickup occurred in the 100 block of Willow Street in Lynd. A 20-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested on DOC and Yellow Medicine County warrants. She was also charged by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office for fleeing and obstructing the legal process.
The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents:
On Tuesday at 9:06AM, two vehicles collided in the 700 block of West College Drive. No injuries were reported.
On Tuesday at 10:24AM, a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle in the 600 block of East Southview Drive. No injuries were reported.
On Tuesday at 11:18AM, a juvenile male was found in possession of a vape device. A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges.
On Tuesday at 5:48PM, a traffic stop was performed in the 1400 block of East College Drive. After investigating, a 45-year-old Currie woman was cited for driving after suspension.
On Tuesday at 6:17PM, a domestic incident was reported in the 300 block of East Saratoga Street. After investigating, a 24-year-old Marshall man was arrested for domestic assault.
