MARSHALL (KMHL) – There is a big construction project beginning today (Monday) near downtown Marshall.
Quinn Horvath, announced that Horvath Funeral Service is breaking ground on the new Horvath Remembrance Center near downtown Marshall.
Horvath says it will be slightly more than an 8,000 square foot facility where they will hold traditional services and also a specialized in highly personalized more modern services as well.
One of the key additions, according to Horvath, is that they will be able to hold a full catered meal for guests inside the center.
In addition, to the building he says they are putting a lot of work into designing landscaping and a memory walk outside of the center.
The location of the center will be near the intersection of Lyon Street and 5th Street in downtown Marshall.
He says they are hoping to be in the new facility by December 1st.
