The American Red Cross asks you to give the gift of life this holiday season Friday, Dec. 6th, from 12 pm – 5 pm, at Tracy United Methodist Church. Make an appointment to donate on  www.redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED CROSS.

The Friday night youth league will start December 6th, 2024. You can come that night starting at 5:45 pm to signup, the kids will start shooting at 6:00 pm. This league will be every Friday night

Holy Redeemer 6th Grade Students invite the community to come to their Camp Foley Breakfast on Sunday Morning 8 am - noon, December 8th. Will be at Carlin Hall at Holy Redeemer Church in Marshall. Tickets can be purchased from a Holy Redeemer Student or at the door. There will also be a silent auction during the breakfast.

The Holiday Home Tour is a fundraiser for the Lyon County Historical Society Museum and is on Sunday, December 8, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Tickets are $20/each and are only available at the Lyon County Museum. The ticket book includes a description of each home along with a map. The Lyon County Museum, 301 W Lyon St, Marshall will be open from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the day of the tour for cookies and refreshments. The museum is decked out for the holidays. It's a Community Christmas Sing! Sunday Dec 8 at 3:00pm at First Lutheran. (100 Church Street, Marshall) Kick off the Christmas season! Join together to sing all the favorite Christmas songs. We'll sing Sacred songs--the carols AND secular songs--the jolly ones. This is NOT a fundraiser, this is just a FUN raiser! It's a time to get together and enjoy the beautiful and fun songs of the season. Bring yourself! Bring your family, kids, and friends! Spread the word! Let's fun fun!

Cookie Walk from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. in Carlin Hall at Holy Redeemer Church 501 W. Lyon Street, Marshall. $15/bucket if reusing a previous years' bucket, $17/bucket if buying a new bucket. Coffee and rolls served as well.

Holiday Fun Day at the Lyon County Museum, 301 West Lyon Street, Marshall is on Saturday, December 14.  The event runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  Join us for holiday treats, beverages, music, and craft activities. Special guests, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the museum from 1:00 to 2:00 PM that day. Free event. There will be specials on Gift Shop merchandise that day for your holiday shopping needs.
