The streamlined version of Shakespeare's popular and controversial comedy The Taming of the Shrew will feature an energetic, satiric, modern spin on gender, power, and relationships. The Taming of the Shrew will alternate performances with The Taming, a hilarious farce exploring those same issues through the lens of today's political landscape...and the Miss America pageant! Halloween Family Fun Day at the Museum is Saturday, October 29 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lyon County Museum, 301 W Lyon St, Marshall.  Free event.  All kids dressed in costume will receive a treat bag.
