Lincoln County VFW Post #2980 in Ivanhoe, MN is hosting a Deer Hunter's Supper on Saturday, November 8th.  Serving from 5:30 to 8:00pm.  Menu: 8oz New York Strip Steak - $18.00 or Country Fried Steak with Country Gravy - $13.00.  Both meals are served with a Lettuce Salad, Bake Potato, Green Beans & Dinner Roll.  The Post is located at 116 E. The Lucan American Legion is sponsoring a Burger Feed on Veteran’s Day, Monday, November 11 at Knott’s Corner in Lucan, serving from 5:30-7:00 p.m. On the menu will be burgers and fixings, chips, beans and lemonade and desserts provided by the Lucan American Auxiliary. Free will offering. Honoring all who served. Following the supper, stay for the Lucan Lions First Meat Raffle of the season. Proceeds from both events to go to community projects.
