COTTONWOOD (KMHL) – A Cottonwood woman was arrested and three people were injured in what authorities are describing as a group of people fighting, earlier this evening.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s office, authorities responded to the call along Lindsay Drive around a quarter to six tonight in cottonwood.
Authorities say one adult male received significant, non-life threatening injuries and two women received superficial injuries. Authorities say the man was treated and released for injuries from Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center.
Sheriff’s officals say the woman is currently being held in the Lyon County jail and all of the parties involved in the fight are known to each other – and there is no additional risk to the public
