MARSHALL – A Marshall man was injured after his vehicle collided with a semi on Friday afternoon, according to the Marshall Police Department. At approximately 12:21 Friday afternoon, a 2021 Buick collided with a semi near the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street. The driver of the Buick, a 74-year-old Marshall man, sustained possible minor injuries. The driver of the semi, a 49-year-old South Dakota man was not injured.
A Marshall man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop on Friday morning, according to the Marshall Police Department. At approximately 1:02 Friday morning, a traffic stop was made near the 400 block of Village Drive. After investigating, a 71-year-old Marshall man was arrested for 4th Degree DWI.
A Marshall man was arrested on multiple charges after a report of suspicious activity Saturday morning, according to the Marshall Police Department. At approximately 4:13 Saturday morning, suspicious activity was reported in the 900 block of Pine Avenue. After investigating, a 35-year-old Marshall man was arrested for domestic assault, interfering with a 911 call, and obstructing the legal process.
A Marshall teenager is facing multiple charges after a report of vandalism on Sunday, according to the Marshall Police Department. At approximately 3:31 Sunday afternoon, vandalism was reported in the 1100 block of Birch Street. After investigating, consideration of charges were sent to the attorney for 5th degree assault, damage to property and disorderly conduct against a 16-year-old Marshall girl.
A Marshall woman is facing a charge of domestic assault after a family matter on Sunday, according to the Marshall Police Department. At approximately 4:57 Sunday afternoon, law enforcement was notified of a family matter taking place in the 300 block of South 6th Street. After investigating, consideration of charges were sent to the attorney for domestic assault against a 39-year-old Marshall woman.
