(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota begins the verification process today for cannabis operators seeking “social equity” status. Charlene Briner from the Office of Cannabis Management states that those verified, including individuals impacted by cannabis criminalization, military veterans, and emerging farmers, will be first to apply for pre-approval licenses next month. Successful applicants can start growing cannabis later this year.
