Thursday, December 14th - Wooden Nickel in Marshall will donate 10% of all sales, part of Dine Local Help Local. The United Way of Southwest Minnesota is delighted to announce its partnership with local businesses for the Dine Local Help Local events in December. All funds raised during Dine Local Help Local events will be invested in local programs to help those in need in the service area. The Wooden Nickel is partnering with the United Way of Southwestern Minnesota once again, donating 10% of all sales November 9th as part of Dine Local Help Local. The Marshall American Legion Auxiliary Unit 113 will be having a Pillowing Cleaning on Wednesday, Oct 27th from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Wooden Nickel in Marshall. The proceeds benefit our Veteran’s programs. Used pillows will be cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized. The process takes only a few minutes. New pillows and comforters are also available.
