GRANITE FALLS – The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man that was found in the Minnesota River on Tuesday. 65-year-old David Drown was recovered by emergency personnel at approximately 11:50 Tuesday morning after a passerby observed a body in the water.
