MARSHALL (KMHL) – A Texas man pleaded guilty to three felony charges including burglary and theft in Marshall last month.

Gerardo Granados, 22, of Dallas, admitted in a court hearing yesterday to breaking into a shed at the Marshall Middle School and stealing a pickup truck and other equipment that belonged to the school.

He pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary and two counts of theft of a motor vehicle. Under terms of the plea agreement, Granados’ prison sentence would be stayed, but he would have probation and serve time in jail.
