REDWOOD FALLS (KMHL) – Searchers were back out in full force yesterday, but they were not able to locate a Redwood Falls teen who was caught in the current while swimming in the Redwood River Sunday.

16-year-old Thunder Wambade Brothersofall, of Redwood Falls, was last seen while swimming with friends in the river around 5:30 Sunday evening.

Rescue teams searched for a second day on Monday starting at 7 a.m., but they did not have any luck finding Brothersofall.

Authorities say they’ll keep a portion of the search crew in the park 24 hours a day through Thursday – when a third ground and air search will begin.
