Here’s an annual Top 10 list you DON’T want your city to be on.
Orkin just posted its 2024 list of the top cities for BED BUGS . . . and Chicago is #1 for the FOURTH year in a row. Four years ago . . . before Chicago began this unfortunate streak . . . Washington, D.C. was #1.
The list ranks the top 50 cities, using data on how many people had to use exterminators over the past 12 months.
New York City is second this year, followed by Philadelphia . . . Cleveland-slash-Akron, Ohio . . . Los Angeles . . . Detroit . . . Washington, D.C. . . . Indianapolis . . . Charlotte . . . and Champaign, Illinois.
Globally, Paris is also a bed bug hotspot right now. (Which probably isn’t mentioned in any of the romantic travel brochures.)
