REDWOOD COUNTY, Minn. — One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon at the intersection of County State Aid Highways 24 and 1.

The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded around 4:22 p.m. on March 21 and found both occupants of a 2019 Ford Fiesta with minor injuries. A passenger was taken to the hospital by CentraCare EMS.

The other driver, 29-year-old Loren Ball of Brookings, South Dakota, was not injured.

Authorities say Ball, driving a 2017 BMW, failed to yield at the four-way stop and collided with the Ford, driven by 65-year-old Susan Luna of Morgan. The Ford sustained disabling damage; the BMW had front-end damage.

The crash remains under investigation.
