On Friday at 6:14 p.m., a 21-year-old Marshall man was arrested for 4th degree assault, obstructing the legal process, and criminal damage to property. The man also had an arrest warrant for fleeing in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and driving after revocation. 

On Friday at 12:30 p.m., a 30-year-old Marshall man was arrested for three counts of 4th degree assault, disorderly conduct, and obstructing the legal process. The man also had an arrest warrant in Scott County for trespassing. The Department of Corrections issued an arrest and detention order for the man. 

On Friday at 11:44 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, for a vehicle with its headlight out. After investigating, a 37-year-old Minneota man was arrested for driving with a cancelled license.  

On Saturday at 3:49 p.m., Marshall Police received a call from the Marshall Hy-Vee about a stolen beef brisket. The brisket was ordered ahead of time and when the person came to pick it up, they ran off with it. The investigation is ongoing. 

On Saturday at 12:47 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West College Drive and West Main Street in Marshall. After investigating, a 22-year-old Marshall woman was arrested for 3rd degree DWI. 

On Sunday at 4:48 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of N 4th Street and W Redwood in Marshall. After investigating, a 26-year-old Marshall man was arrested on three charges for 3rd degree DWI, 3rd degree DWI with a BAC above .08, and having no MN driver’s license.
