Marshall Police Department Incidents – 5/26 to 5/29

5/29/23 @ 2:40AM – MPD responded to a report of an assault with a knife and threats being made at the 1100 block of Birch St. The matter is under investigation. 

5/29/23 @ 1:24AM – MPD received a report of two juvenile females out past curfew. The report is being sent to the county attorney for possible charges. 

5/28/23 @ 7:10PM – MPD received a report of a robbery. After investigation, no information on an actual robbery was discovered. 

5/28/23 @ 2:25AM – MPD responded to a report of a domestic incident at the 200 block of Hamden St. After investigation, an adult male was arrested for domestic assault. 

5/27/23 @ 9:58PM – MPD received a report of three juvenile females that ran away. The juveniles later returned home. 

5/27/23 @ 7:19PM – MPD responded to a report of criminal sexual conduct at the 700 block of Oak St. After investigation, an adult male was arrested for solicitation of a minor and 5th degree criminal sexual conduct. 

5/27/23 @ 5:41PM – MPD responded to a report of a hit and run accident at the 300 block of E College Dr. After investigation, an adult male was arrested for 3rd degree DWI, 3rd degree DWI with BAC of .08 or higher within two hours. 

5/27/23 @ 3:33PM – MPD responded to a report of criminal sexual conduct at the 1300 block of Birch St. The matter is under investigation. 

5/27/23 @ 12:13PM – MPD received a report of suspicious activity at the 1200 block of E Lyon St. After investigation, an adult male was arrested for solicitation of a minor and disorderly conduct.  

5/27/23 @ 12:58AM – MPD received a report of vandalism and damage to potted plants at the 100 block of E Main St. 

5/26/23 @ 9:00AM – MPD responded to a report of an assault at the 1200 block of Canoga Park Dr. No report yet. 

5/26/23 @ 10:40AM – MPD responded to a welfare check at the 300 block of Timberlane Dr. After investigation, a male was arrested for 4th degree assault, obstructing the legal process, and a violating a court ordered release condition. 

5/26/23 @ 1:48AM – MPD responded to a driving complaint. After investigation, an adult male was arrested for 4th degree DWI, underage drinking and driving, open container, and operating a vehicle with no MN driver’s license.  

5/26/23 @ 12:23AM – MPD performed a traffic stop at the intersection between W Main St and N 6th St. After investigation, an adult female was arrested for an instruction permit violation.
