MARSHALL – A juvenile male was injured in an ATV accident Monday afternoon, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office. At approximately 4:18 Monday afternoon, dispatch received a call from the 1300 block of North Bruce Street of Marshall. The caller said a passenger on an ATV was thrown from the machine. He was reportedly breathing, but not responsive.
The boy was taken to the Marshall hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the ATV was not injured.
Assistance was provided by the Marshall Police Department, North Memorial Ambulance, and North Air Care.
