WEST DES MOINES, IA — Hy-Vee announced plans to rebrand its in-store restaurants across the Midwest as Hy-Vee Market Grille locations, featuring updated menus centered on breakfast and burgers. The transition will roll out in phases starting this week, with all locations expected to complete the change by February.

The new breakfast menu will debut on Feb. 4, offering a variety of traditional favorites such as omelets, pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns. Lunch and dinner options, launching later in February, will reintroduce popular items like burgers, BLT sandwiches, and pork tenderloin sandwiches, along with wings and wontons.

Operating hours will include weekday breakfast from 6–11 a.m., followed by lunch and dinner service until 8 p.m. On weekends, breakfast will extend until 2 p.m., with select locations offering a brunch buffet. Customers can choose dine-in, carry-out, or third-party delivery options.

Hy-Vee plans to operate 221 Market Grille and Market Grille Express locations across the region after the transition
