ST. PAUL (LEARFIELD)  —  A Guatemalan woman who was deported after a fatal school bus crash in Minnesota is pleading guilty to illegally re-entering the U-S.

Federal prosecutors say 36-year-old Olga Franco del Cid also admitted to using a false Social Security number on an I-9 employment form.  Franco del Cid was convicted of running a stop in sign in Cottonwood in 2008 and hitting a school bus.

Four students onboard were killed and 17 were hurt.  She served eight years of a prison sentence before being deported to Guatemala in 2016.

Franco del Cid was arrested by ICE agents November 26th in Inver Grove Heights. She could face up to 20 years in prison at sentencing in June.
