MARSHALL — A ceremonial groundbreaking for the Highway 19/College Drive Reconstruction Project will take place Friday, May 2, at 10:30 a.m. at the Marshall City Lot near the intersection of Highway 19 and West Saratoga Street. Work will pause for winter on October 26, 2025, and resume in spring 2026, with final completion set for October 30, 2026. Planning and design for the project began in 2019.
