MARSHALL (KMHL) – A local memorial to George Floyd was vandalized in Marshall.
The memorial was put up in the lot of the SMSU Alumni and Foundation Center along East College Drive earlier this month.
Vandals used blue spray paint to cover some of the art works and a message on the memorial. Organizers contacted Marshall Police.
