Frances Hallier, age 94, of Canby, MN passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at her home in REM in Canby. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby with Rev. Levi Bollerud officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Canby City Cemetery, Canby, MN.
Frances Fay Hallier was born on December 10, 1926 and at the age of seven her mother passed away and she came to join her new family at REM. She has been a resident of Canby, MN for over 30 years. Everyday Frances would wake up singing as a child of God. She loved babies and puppies and absolutely LOVED owls, she would sleep with her pet owl every night. Frances or also known as “Franny”, “Franny Cakes” or “Miss Cakes” loved to go out shopping, out to eat and singing in the park. Christmas was her favorite time of year as she loved everything about Christmas especially going to look at all the Christmas lights.
Frances will be remembered for having a great compassion for others.
