Grief Support Group
Holy Redeemer Catholic Church 503 W Lyon St., Marshall, MN, United StatesHelp and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group designed to help you rebuild your life after losing a loved one. Our group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and want to help you through the difficult days ahead. Our group meets Tuesdays 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM in the basement of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Register at www.griefshare.org. We know it hurts and we want to help.
Third Thursday Artist Talk w/ Olga Krasovska
The monthly SMAC conversation for individuals will be on Thursday, November 19th at 5:30 pm. Guest artist will be visual artist Olga Krasovska of Granite Falls. This event will double as her Virtual Artist Reception for her current show in the SMAC Gallery. Indoor Christmas Tree Walk Begins
Lyon County Museum 301 West Lyon Street, Marshall, MN, United StatesThe 8th Annual Indoor Christmas Tree Walk opens at the Lyon County Museum, 301 W Lyon St, Marshall on Saturday, November 21. The tree walk ends on December 31. View decorated trees by individuals, families, non-profit organizations, businesses, and service organizations. To vote for your favorite(s), place money in a box located by each tree. The top 3 organizations/businesses with the most money in their boxes will win the 2020 tree walk. Brookings Dance Club
McKnight Community Center 228 W Main St, White, SDThe Brookings Dance Club will be hosting a dance FOR ALL on November 21 with the Norgaard Duo providing the music for your enjoyment. You must be wearing a mask upon arrival and your temperature will be taken at the door with sanitizers on the tables. Your admission cost is $10 and $9 for members. There will not be a food table but there will be the 50/50 drawing. The dance will be held at the McKnight Community Hall in White SD from 8pm until 12 midnight.
