2024 Annual Rock Nobles Cattlemens Banquet
Worthington Event Center 1477 Prairie Drive, Worthington, MN, United StatesSaturday, February 3rd join in on the annual Rock Nobles Cattlemens Banquet at the Worthington Event Center. Tickets will be available at the door, cost is $30 a plate. Events for the night include social hour beginning at 6 p.m., steak dinner gets underway at 6:30 p.m., and following will be comedian Tim the Dairy Farmer. Tim the Dairy Farmer, a Florida dairy farmer and comedian. Tim talks about farm life, family life, and everything in between.

Join in on some bingo fun at the Walnut Grove American Legion every Saturday night at 6:30 pm through March 30th.
Lake Benton Benefit Breakfast Fundraiser
Lake Benton Community & Event Center 114 Center St S, Lake Benton, MN, United StatesJoin the Lake Benton Lions Club at the Lake Benton Community & Event Center Sunday, February 4th for a breakfast benefit. Serving will be from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Menu includes pancakes, french toast, eggs, sausage, toast, coffee, & milk. Net proceeds from the event will go towards medical expenses for Austin and Katelyn Krumm's son, born January 14th. Crue Hayes was born at 30 weeks weighing 1lb 15oz and is expected to be in the ICU until the end of March.
42nd Annual Fishing Derby – Sleepy Eye Sportsman’s Club
sleepy eye lakeCome one, Come all! It's the Sleepy Eye Sportsman's Club's 42nd annual fishing derby being held Sunday, February 4th 12pm - 3pm on Sleepy Eye lake. Get there early, registration begins at 9:30 am, entry fee is $5 per person. 3 Cash prizes will be awarded in 6 categories: Sunfish, Crappie, Perch, Bass, Walley, & Northern. This year there will also be a raffle for an Ice Castle Fish House with a value of $20,000, an ATV-4wheeler valued at $7,500, 4 - $5,000 cash prizes, and 4 - $250 cash prizes. 2nd Annual Wood Lake Fire Department Fish Fry
Wood Lake Community Center 88 2nd Ave W, Wood Lake, MN, United StatesLet the Wood Lake fire department cook fried fish with all the fixings for you. Join in on the good food February 10th at the Wood Lake Community Center from 5 - 8 p.m. Woody's Bar will be there serving beverages. The fry will be a free will donation, 15$ is suggested. All proceeds from the fry will go to the fire department to help pay for new SCBAs.

Kids understand that giving blood is a gift and an act of kindness for those in need. If you are in good health, weigh at least 110 pounds, & are 17 or older or 16 with parental consent you are eligible to donate.
