Come one and come all to the Lucan Lions Club Annual Scrambled Egg and Ham Breakfast on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Serving will be from 9-12 Noon at the Lucan Community Center. Proceeds will go to Community Projects. The Breakfast will be followed by the Lucan Booster Club's 39th Annual St. Patrick's Parade down Main Street in Lucan. The Parade heads up a fun St. Patrick's Celebration at Knott's Corner with Raffles, Music, Beer and Fun and Games for the Kids. Don't miss it!

  Final Pioneering Pipestone County Speaker Rescheduled The Pipestone County Historical Society in collaboration with the Edgerton Public Library will be hosting the final presentation in the Pioneering Pipestone County speaker series on Tuesday, March 18th beginning at 6:30 p.m. The presentation was rescheduled due to weather and will be held at the Edgerton Public Library located at 811 1st Ave. West in Edgerton. This event is FREE to attend. This presentation is being made possible by a Better Together grant funded by Prairielands Library Exchange.   MARCH COFFEE TALK TO SHARE STORIES OF MURDER AND MAYHEM FROM PIPESTONE COUNTY’S PAST The public is invited to join the Pipestone County Historical Society for its March Coffee Talk on Thursday, March 20th when Museum Educator, Trava Olivier, shares information from the recent History Happy Hour events held in January and February. Included in the presentation will be the stories of the tragic deaths of Maggie Dowd and Roy Hislop plus additional tales from Pipestone County’s Past. Our Big Beaver Pro-Am is March 22nd. If you have shot this before you know how much fun it is. If not, you need to come and see what it is all about. We would like to invite all past winners to come and defend their title as the Big Beaver. Registration is 9:00-10:00 am. Qualifying starts at 10:00 with a Vegas round. Double elimination head-to-head bracket on a 3 spot Vegas target. The cost is $40 with payouts.
