If you have experienced the death of a loved one (spouse, child, friend, family, you are invited to GriefShare. This nondenominational 13 week DVD program features Christ-centered, biblical teaching focusing on grief topics with nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion. Participants will find encouragement, comfort, and valuable information about facing a new normal in life and renewing hope for the future. The Lucan Lions and Lucan Booster Club invite you to Lucan for a St. Patrick’s Celebration on Sunday, March 13th. The Lucan Lions will be serving an (always) delicious Scrambled Egg & Ham Breakfast from 9-12:30 p.m. at the Lucan Community Center. At 1:00 p.m. the 36th Annual St. Patrick’s Parade will commence in (beautiful) downtown Lucan. St. Patrick’s Specials will continue at Knott’s Corner from noon until 6 p.m.

A Marshall Food4Kids Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser will be Sunday, March 20 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Living Word Lutheran Church – 800 Southview Court East, Marshall. Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread and dessert will be served. The suggested donation is $8 per adult and $4 ages 5-12. Ages 4 and under free. Meals are available for take-out as well. Southwest Minnesota Education Career Fair

Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) and SMSU are co-hosting our Southwest Minnesota Education Career Fair on 3/23/22 on the campus of SMSU in Marshall.  There will be professional development sessions held from 2-4:30pm, followed by a career fair featuring numerous districts from Southwest and West Central Minnesota from 4:30-6:30pm.  Dinner will be provided.  The event is free to all attendees!  Visit www.swwc.org/careerfair  for more information and to register.
