The public is invited to join the Pipestone County Historical Society for its February Coffee Talk on Thursday, February 15th when Senior Life Solutions, a program of the Pipestone County Medical Center, will share information about their program. Senior Life Solutions helps support the mental health of older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mental challenges often associated with aging. Ask any kid where blood comes from and you'll probably hear that blood comes from the heart. Kids understand that giving blood is a gift and an act of kindness for those in need. If you are in good health, weigh at least 110 pounds, & are 17 or older or 16 with parental consent you are eligible to donate. The Red Cross bloodmobile will at the Sanford building in Canby Thursday, February 15th from 12pm - 6pm. Giving blood is safe, convenient, and makes you feel good about yourself.
