SMSU Gold College Kickoff
SMSU 1501 State St., Marshall, MN, United StatesThe Southwest Minnesota State University spring session of GOLD College will kick-off on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 2:15 p.m. in Charter Hall 201 on campus. The entertainment for the kick-off event will be provided by the SMSU Theatre Program. In celebration of Constitution Day on Sept. 17, the SMSU Theatre Program will present songs and scenes celebrating the Constitution, citizenship and our American history. Benefit for Kara Miller
A benefit for Kara Miller of Balaton, MN. Her daughter Oakley suffers fron polymicrogyria which causes her brain to seize constantly. She has has surgeries to have the left half of her brain disconnected to control the seizures and she has had surgeries to drain fluid from around her brain as well. The benefit is at the Balaton golf course on September 21st and they are having a silent auction.
