Marshall Food4Kids: Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser
Applebee's 1510 East College Dr., Marshall, MN, United StatesAn Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser to benefit Marshall Food4Kids will be Saturday, January 25 from 8 to 10 a.m. at Applebee’s Marshall – 1510 E. College Dr. Breakfast includes Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee, and juice. Adult tickets are $8 in advance ($10 at the door); children 12 and under are $5. Tickets can be purchased online at www.MarshallFood4Kids.org.
The 63rd Montevideo Band Carnival
Montevideo High School 1501 William Dr., Montevideo, MN, United StatesThe 63rd Montevideo Band Carnival is just around the corner. This years carnival will be held Saturday, January 25 from 3:00 to 7:00pm at the Montevideo High School Gym. The event features carnival games, bounce houses, silent auction, snow cones, bake sale, chow line and the best cake walk in Western Minnesota. Live music provided by the members of the High School Pep Band. Proceeds from the carnival support the Montevideo High School band program.

Meeting will be held on January 28th at 6:30pm in the basement of the Law Enforcement Center in Marshall. Benefit at Lakeview during the boy's basketball game on January 30th. Walking Tacos 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm $5.00 for meal (During the Lakeview vs TMB Boy’s Basketball Game) Silent Auction 4:30 pm - 8:15 pm Bidding closes at 8:15 pm on January 30th Proceeds go to Landyn’s family for expenses related to his heart condition and future transplant. Landyn is a 12 year old (6th grader) who collasped at Lakeview Schools on Nov 15. He was diagnosied with a life threatening heart condition and is currently waiting for a transplant.
