ST. PAUL (LEARFIELD) — The Minnesota Department of Health is encouraging Minnesotans to form a plan in case of a possible coronavirus outbreak.
Infectious Disease director Kris Ehresmann says it’s time to have conversations about your medication supply and having a reasonable amount of non-perishable food items.
Ehresmann says other things to think about include preparing financially if you can’t work and whether you’re prepared for school, daycare or retail store closings. She says there are a lot of unknowns with this virus and no vaccine or anti-viral drugs.
The C-D-C warned this week that a coronavirus outbreak in the U-S appears inevitable.
