MARSHALL — Marshall residents and visitors can now enjoy a unique selection of locally brewed beers, available exclusively at Tall Grass Liquor. In a collaboration between Tall Grass Liquor, Brau Brothers Brewing Co., and Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU), four custom craft beers were developed to celebrate the Marshall community.
The beers include the Brew 1872 Amber Ale, honoring the year Marshall was founded; Jiminey Jumper Juicy Light Apple Lager, inspired by Tall Grass Liquor’s grasshopper mascot; and Cultivate Pale Ale, reflecting Marshall’s motto, “cultivating the best in us.” SMSU’s contribution, the Mustang Golden Ale, was released during the university’s homecoming festivities, with $1 from each six-pack supporting SMSU athletics.
“We are excited to be able to offer these one-of-a-kind, limited edition craft beers,” said Eric Luther, Manager of Tall Grass Liquor. All four brews are now available in six-packs at the store while supplies last.
